		<description>I&#039;ve been without my comcast email for close to four days now!  I&#039;ve contacted live help twice.  I&#039;m apparently being migrated to SmartZone and they essentially said they had no idea how long the outage would be for!</description>

It took 6 minutes this morning to pull down 13 e-mails.  WTF?</description>
