I tend to take "extended lunches", where I probably watch 60-90 minutes of TV (stuff saved on the DVR) The key is to realize this, and make conscious decision to change your habits. Last year, I heard Jim Kukral speak at one of the Affiliate Summit events, and he mentioned that he hasn't watched TV in 8 YEARS! At the time, it sounded totally crazy - But as I thought back, I realized that I never really watched TV or anything when starting my business, because I was so intensly focused on the task at hand.
