The Best Super Affiliate You’ve Never Heard Of!
Ever wonder what ringtone your favorite affiliate is sporting? Check mine out!
Yeah, I know the phone is old, but my trusty LG VX6000 has never let me down. I’ll upgrade to an iPhone when they offer a 16GB version with 3G for $399 or less. Until then, I can live without it. ![]()

As we near April 15th, the question that keeps coming up is, “Do I have to pay taxes on my affiliate income?” Of course you do!!
This topic came up today on Shawn Collins blog, and was also covered by John Chow a few days ago. They both covered it in-depth, so I’ll spare you the rehash. The bottom line is this: If you’ve got a question, contact an accountant. A blog is treated like a business, and as such, you can take a number of deductions.. But no one is more well-versed in IRS deductions and loop holes than a certified tax accountant, so it’s definitely worth the expense to have a professional handle your taxes.
Should you setup an LLC or Corporation for your websites? Should you buy a Hummer H2 (like Zac Johnson or Shoemoney) for the Section 179 tax writeoff? (Did you know that the amount of that deduction changed, and might even be phased out this year?) Should you lease instead of buying a car? Should I be paying quarterly taxes? These questions can only be answered by an accountant that knows your current financial situation.
My accountant was able to save me $5000 last year compared to TurboTax or TaxCut. Considering his bill was only around $300, I’d say that was money well spent!

I’m being sarcastic.. Kudos to their marketing department, because it seems like EVERY Internet Marketing blog on Earth is talking about their affiliate network. Pepperjam is one of the true pioneers of affiliate marketing, having started out as an affiliate and then successfully building one of the largest, most respected and recognizable full-service internet marketing agencies in the United States.
So why all the hype about their affiliate network? Marcus Tandler says it best:
“Pepperjam has taken everything it knows about affiliate marketing and has created the ultimate affiliate network ever. Pepperjam Network provides affiliates with educational resources and tools to make lots of money - the reporting and tracking features are second to none and the interface is easy to use and clean. My guess is that this piece of software will revolutionize the affiliate industry - it will give both merchants and affiliates the tools they need to make more money with affiliate marketing.”
Pepperjam Network is completely free to join, and unlike other affiliate marketing networks, they don’t bombard you with a million questions on how you plan to promote them. Approval of new affiliates should take no more than 48 hours after you confirm your email address.
Unfortunately, they don’t have any products suitable for me to promote at the moment.. But I’m definitely going to keep an eye on these guys, as I know they’re definitely onto something here! Check ‘em out..

If you’re serious about taking your business to the next level, then you should consider attending the Elite Retreat in San Francisco this April. This is a serious seminar, with a serious price tag: $4,950!
But where else can you get some one-on-one time with the who’s who of the Internet marketing world? The Elite Retreat brings together Jeremy Schoemaker, Neil Patel, Aaron Wall, Andy Liu and Brian Clark together for two days of intense training that will take your Internet business to the next level. There will also be a special keynote by Guy Kawasaki.
I’m sure everyone would love to the go to Elite Retreat but very few people can afford that kind of entry fee. Not only that, but they’re capping attendance at 35 - And it’s already half sold out!
Lucky for you, John Chow and Rocket Profit have teamed up to offer one lucky winner a free ticket to the Elite Retreat! All you have to do is choose an offer from Rocket Profit, and explain in a blog post how you would market it. (PPC, SEO, E-mail, Social Media, etc) After making the post, you send an e-mail to John Chow with the URL or your post, so he can check it out. On February 8th, him and Shoemoney will sort through the entries and pick a winner. That person will receive a $4,950 ticket to the Elite Retreat, compliments of Rocket Profit. Good luck!
Edit: John is offering up another ticket to Elite Retreat!
I heard about the TNX System on Digital Point back in September, but I never got around to trying it out. Recently, I noticed more and more bloggers posting reviews on their service, so I decided to check them out for myself. They are a new text link provider, similar to TLA - But their approach is a bit different. While most link brokers sell you one or two links with high PR, TNX does just the opposite. They sell you LOTS of low PR links instead. For as little as $11 a month you can get up to 10,000 static links to your website.
For those interested in participating as webmasters:
TNX is free for webmasters who install a TNX code on their websites. In case there is a link sold from the page of your website that has Google PR = 4, you will be getting enough points to purchase up to 800 PR0 links from 800 sites. It is OK to hold on to the points or sell them at any time! TNX will automatically calculate ratings of each page of your website and fund your account when links are sold. One TNX-Point is basically a link from one website with very low rating/parameters (YB < 500, PR0, Subject: "Leisure, Jokes...") for a month. There may be 10000 points paid for just one link, so it all depends on the rating the page that has a link placed on it.
Many members that joined the TNX and created Ad Campaigns have already noticed more traffic from search engines on their websites. With TNX, you can promote unlimited amounts of websites and keywords. Within seconds, you can upload a file with thousands of unique links with different keywords.
I’m going to give it a try on a new site I recently launched, since it currently doesn’t have many backlinks. Check back with me in a month or so, and I’ll let you know how it worked out.
If you’re currently using it, let me know what you think of it so far. Thanks!

I just listened to a 6 hour seminar from a 28 year old guy who made over $100 million dollars (yes ONE HUNDRED MILLION) in 23 months marketing a product that sold for just $60.
Do you think that someone who knows how to sell that much product could teach you something about selling what ever it is that you are selling? I won’t even answer that question…
This seminar has just been compiled into a 6 hour audio course that you can get today for $997… $497… $297… $197… nope… even lower. You’ll have to click here to find out.
Thanks
P.S. You won’t believe me when you see the price… but act now, because it’s doubling this week!
