OMG! Sources have confirmed that Michael Jackson has died!!
I saw footage on CNN earlier today that stated he suffered a heart attack, but this is just horrible!

Google PageRank Update – June 2009
It’s only been a month since the last Google PageRank update, but according to reports across the web, another update started on June 23rd. I noticed a few of our sites got a minor PR bump, which is what led me to these findings..
Hopefully we’ll start to see PR updates happening more frequently.

Jon and Kate Getting Divorced
Wow, who didn’t see that one coming? Why they felt the need to have a 1-hour special in order to annouce their seperation is beyond me.. TLC probaby offered them some extra dough if they made the annoucement on TV. The ironic part? By the time the show aired, they had already filed for divorce!
The Reality TV curse claims it’s latest victims, and this time 8 innocent kids suffer as a result. Kate should have listened to Jon last season when he said he didn’t want to do the show anymore. The biggest shocker was finding out that TLC plans to continue with the rest of the season! (30+ more episodes)
Disgusting, to say the least.
AT&T Doesn’t Need Your Business!
I’ve had my iPhone for just over a year, which means I’m still stuck with a 2G version with EDGE, while the rest of the world is zipping by on the 3G network.
Determined not to make the same mistake, my Dad decided to wait until the WWDC before ordering an iPhone of his own (to replace an ancient Verizon phone). When news of the 3G S came out, he decided to take the plunge. Better yet, though a cash-back deal with Bing, he’d be able to get 35% off his order, saving him about $70 in the process!
A few days later, he receives a cryptic e-mail from AT&T saying that his order has been rejected. No phone number to call, no explanation as to the problem, just a 3-line e-mail that couldn’t be less helpful.
He calls AT&T Customer Service, and gets passed along from clueless CSR to clueless CSR. Apparently no one has the ability to look at his application and find out why it was rejected. He’s never been an AT&T customer, his billing information was correct, and yet no one could explain what was happening.
He was connected with a “manager” after 30+ minutes on the phone, who told him to go to an AT&T store and they’d deal with it. My Dad said that’s not going to fly, as they live pretty far from an AT&T store. (Plus, he’d lose his $70 Bing CB). So the guy promised to investigate the issue and call him back. This was a week ago. No one ever called him back!
AT&T apparently doesn’t need his $1680 ($70/mo x 24 months).
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. AT&T SUCKS! Their service sucks (I never had dropped calls on Verizon!). 28 other carriers got MMS and teethering with the OS 3.0 update, but AT&T still doesn’t! WTF?!
Tyler Cruz Is A Putz!
If you’ve been to Tyler’s site lately, you’ll see that he’s involved in a weight-loss challenge with Jonathan Volk. As a former fitness fanatic, I was thrilled to see these guys trying to better themselves, and using the contest as a way to motivate each other.
Their goal – 10lbs in 10 weeks. 10 WEEKS!? What a joke. Worse yet, they’re struggling to hit that goal, with just a few days left in the competition. I’m speechless!
Years ago, I was in a similar situation.. Bad eating habits and lack of workouts caused me to gain 30+ lbs.. I hit the gym, and became more conscious about my diet. Within the first 10 days, I lost 13 POUNDS!. Sure, a lot of it was probably water weight, but think about what I’m saying here.. In the next few months, I went on to drop almost 40 pounds, and packed on muscle like you wouldn’t believe!
From what I’ve gathered, Tyler’s plan was to walk/job a few days a week, and eat better. No one loses weight effectively unless they build muscle, it’s just the way your body works. Yet people still want to believe otherwise.
I fractured my left foot a few months ago, and I can’t do ANY cardio as a result. But I’m willing to bet that I can still drop 15+ pounds in the next month, solely by doing heavy lifting on a daily basis..
Anyone want to compete with me?
